Inquiry stage

The Jeju, Slowly website currently accepts inquiries and applications only. Submitting an application is not a booking and does not create a contract. No payment is taken at this stage, and your place is confirmed only after a conversation with us.

Bookings & payments

A deposit secures your place once booking opens. Full payment details and what's included will be confirmed before any payment is made. We're currently accepting inquiries only — no payment is taken at this stage.

Cancellation & refunds

Founding Guests pilot (29-31 October 2026). The pilot is $100 per person, invoiced by payment link once your place is confirmed. That payment is non-refundable. With only nine places, a cancellation leaves a seat that is difficult to fill at short notice, so please confirm only if you are certain of the dates. If your plans do change, tell us as early as you can and we will try to pass the place on.

All other retreats. A deposit secures your place and is non-refundable. For the remaining balance:

• Cancel 60 or more days before the start date: full refund of the balance.
• Cancel 30–59 days before: 50% of the balance refunded.
• Cancel within 30 days of the start date: balance is non-refundable.

If we ever have to cancel a retreat, you'll receive a full refund. This policy takes effect once online booking opens.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Retreat prices do not include insurance, flights, or airport transfers.
